1. Monthly Subscriptions
- You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to all features until the end of your current billing period
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds for partial months
2. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of purchase
- After the 14-day period, you can still cancel but will maintain access until the end of your paid period
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support team with your account details
- Prorated refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription
