Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to all features until the end of your current billing period
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds for partial months

2. Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of purchase
  • After the 14-day period, you can still cancel but will maintain access until the end of your paid period
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support team with your account details
  • Prorated refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for an eligible subscription:

  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  • Refunds will be processed through your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days

4. Exceptions

We may consider refunds outside of the standard policy in these cases:

  • Technical issues that significantly impact service usage
  • Accidental subscription renewals (within 48 hours)
  • Duplicate charges
